Deep amber in color, our Single Barrel Bourbon will take your taste buds on a flavorful journey. Craft is everything, and it shows. Each batch is made from Estate Grains grown by us. Only the finest portion of the Hearts Cut makes it into our bottles. It is polished and matured in small charred American White Oak Barrels, and bottled at 102 Proof. Taste the notes of cherry, vanilla, toffee, and just a touch of nuttiness to round out the flavor. Each bottle is hand signed with its own barrel and bottle number; there are no two alike.
