Our traditional vodka is made from the finest soft red winter wheat. Our vodka is smooth and light, and can hold its own neat, or blossom as an addition to any cocktail. It is a true, premium Estate Grain craft-distilled vodka from start to finish. Right from the start, you will notice it is different from any other vodka you have tried. The bouquet of the grains, with just a little sweetness around the jaw-line will follow with a long warm finish with No burn! It drinks more like a whiskey, than a vodka. Each bottle is hand signed with its own batch and bottle number; there are no two alike.
In 1833 homesteaders began settling the Iowa prairie. Each received a quarter section of land to start their new lives on the frontier. The 160 acres were usually separated into 40-acre parcels; the Northern most was referred to as the “North Forty”. It is in honor of this pioneer spirit, and in tribute to America’s farmers, that North Forty Vodka takes its name.
