“Shakespeare wrote of two generals of the King’s army. Banquo and Macbeth, returning from battle came upon 3 witches. They foretold that though Macbeth would become king, he would not begin a royal line. However, from Banquo, there would descend a line of 8 KINGS.

On 24th March 1603, the last of Banquo’s 8 KINGS Ascended to the English throne when King James VI of Scotland also became King James I of England. This noble Monarch was the first to bring Scotland and England together under one crown, creating the United Kingdom”.

8 Kings is a compelling blend of the finest malt and grain whiskies from Scotland. It is a combination of minimum 3 years and over 20 years old whiskies, which has a full depth of character and rich flavour. This reflects the excellent quality of older mature whiskies, part of the blend, which gives a surprising and fulfilling the balance.

New Oak barrel age the whiskies for years before coming into the making of this smoothe subtle floral notes, malty, with hints of honey, followed by the development of intense smoky and spicy aromas on the palate, with a hint of vanilla and well-rounded with a gentle orchard fruit combining to create a long-lasting finish.
