Knowing that the path we took would lead us to gin, today probably the most interesting product among spirits, we did not want to leave anything to chance, so we created, played, tried, distilled, weighed it. And so again and again and again until we created the gin White Goose No.1. Its mild aromatic profile allows you to enjoy gin by drinking it alone or to create cocktails with it that will be a real refreshment in the summer months. A unique note of cardamom, rounded with hints of tonka, ginger, citrus and cinnamon, with the addition of an ingredient characteristic of the Pannonian plain and some spices that we do not want to reveal are what make gin White Goose No.1 unique and unique product in our offer.

About this company
The art of making craft fruit brandies is not an easy process. It is interesting, unencumbered by market demands, open to local supply chains, but also to the exclusive wishes of customers, no matter where they come from. We at Craft Distillery White Goose strive to be everything that a craft distillery is and must remain in the future. We have accepted the experiences of all generations of brandy producers in our Slavonian plain, but we have added to them a strong will to be the bearers of a new culture of enjoying fruit brandies and their promotion. The crafter scene in Croatia and Europe is currently focused on something else, so of course we produce Gin (which we exclusively distill and as our German colleague Franciska would say "we don't mix but distill"), but that doesn't affect the status of fruit brandies at all. , because with their quality they stand out from all currently trend-market aspirations. Like all other craft manufacturers, we are small, but we do not deviate from what makes us completely different from commercial manufacturers.
