Description
White Goose distillery plum brandy breaks down all prejudices and takes you on a journey full of amazing aromas and unique taste. At first glance, the slight yellow color of the brandy obtained by the process of maceration of prunes in the distillate is noticeable. Our plum brandy goes to the first ripening of 2 months after the first distillation as the so-called - soft brandy. This is followed by a second distillation, with precise separation of the fractions and a new maturation of the brandy in neutral stainless steel and glass vessels, without contact with light. The technology was fermented by technologically mature fruit, which was deboned and ground in order to use a selected yeast and enzyme, and by double distillation to create a top product.
Plum brandy from the Bijeli Gusak distillery is a blend of three brandies: Čačanska ljepotica brandy, Čačanska rodna brandy and Top taste brandy, with each plum giving its aromatic contribution, and then this unique product.

About this company
The art of making craft fruit brandies is not an easy process. It is interesting, unencumbered by market demands, open to local supply chains, but also to the exclusive wishes of customers, no matter where they come from. We at Craft Distillery White Goose strive to be everything that a craft distillery is and must remain in the future. We have accepted the experiences of all generations of brandy producers in our Slavonian plain, but we have added to them a strong will to be the bearers of a new culture of enjoying fruit brandies and their promotion. The crafter scene in Croatia and Europe is currently focused on something else, so of course we produce Gin (which we exclusively distill and as our German colleague Franciska would say "we don't mix but distill"), but that doesn't affect the status of fruit brandies at all. , because with their quality they stand out from all currently trend-market aspirations. Like all other craft manufacturers, we are small, but we do not deviate from what makes us completely different from commercial manufacturers.
