The “Diesel Farm” is an agricultural company in the verdant, rolling hills of Marostica, Northern Italy. The territory covers more than 100 hectares at an altitude of 300 metres, kissed by warm sunshine and caressed by crystalline air. It lies in a unique position, where pre-Alpine and Adriatic Sea winds meet and the soil is calcareous, making this a unique winemaking country. All the vineyards are exposed to the South. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are cultivated on the mildest slope of the Farm. The fresher slope, which has a higher thermic range, is suitable for the production of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero.
About the brand
Diesel founder Renzo Rosso is also behind Diesel Farm. Inspired by his passion for good food and wine, he ventured into agriculture and founded Diesel Farm. On the 6 hectares Diesel Farm estate Renzo Rosso produces white and red wine, as well as olive oil. Bianco di Rosso
Golden colour. Elegant nose, characterized by notes of asparagus, white pepper, camomile. In the mouth it is full, pungent, with a great structure supported by a right alcohol content. The ending in the mouth is very long. In general it is an important wine, very rich to both the nose and the mouth; it is advisable to prolong its stay in the bottle in order to increase its harmony and elegance even further.
Rosso di Rosso
Very intense colour. Very intense and clean to the nose, characterized by notes of tomato leaves and pepper. In the mouth it is a wine with great structure and concentration, with great freshness and good acidity. In general an important wine, very pleasant to drink because of the balance and harmony between olfactory and taste sensations.
Nero di Rosso
Slightly amaranth colour, with medium intensity.It is clean, harmonious and elegant to the nose, characterized by peppery and spicy notes. It is clean and linear in the mouth with a subtle, weak structure. In general an elegant and harmonious wine with a weak but balanced and pleasant structure.
