Barking Irons Spirits Announces New York Gin - Bevnet

Barking Irons announces their new apple-based gin. Known for their award-winning applejack brandies, Barking Irons Gin begins with the same distilled apple base, before being blended with neutral spirits and a citrus-forward botanical blend that includes orange peels. When asked what makes this craft New York gin different from the others, the brand’s co-founders Elliott Phear and Casey McGrath answer cheekily, “it’s apples and oranges, really.”

Oskar Blues releases Death by Flapjacks - New School Beer

The ongoing fun flavors explored in Oskar Blues Brewery’s “Death By” series continues with a breakfast pancake themed release with maple and vanilla. Death By Flapjacks English Porter (6.5% ABV), is the second entry of 2021 in their series which was initially inspired by cult classic Death By Coconut Irish Porter. Death By Flapjacks will be available nationwide starting June 20th and 12oz cans and 4-packs are already arriving in the PNW.
