Filgueira was the first winery of South America to obtain a ISO 9001 Quality Certificate-version 2000- in all of its production areas. For the most part, more and more fine wine consumers demand quality control concerning to the product line. For this reason, Filgueira has always worked with the goal of assuring quality in all its products and seeks constant improvement in every aspect of its product in order to maintain a level of excellence in its fine wine production. In February 2005, Filgueira obtained the certificate for the Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004. The ISO 14001standard specifies the requirements for the environmental management system. The certification of these international standards allows Casa Filgueira to have an Integrated Quality Management System. Our wines have been recognized and awarded in more than ten countries.
