A third generation family run winery in the Mezzane Valley in the Verona region producing 100,000 bottles per year. All stages of production are meticulously carried out on-site, to ensure the highest possible quality. For the last 10 years Marco Provolo has been working towards producing completely organic wines. By 2018 Provolo will be authorized to produce and label their wines as 'Organic' There are a variety of wines produced, most notably is their Amarone and Ripasso.
