Clementi Azienda Agricola is a small winery in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, and in its 13 hectares produces very traditional Valpolicella wines: Amarone, Ripasso, Valpolicella Classico Superiore, a Rosso Veronese IGT, and Recioto. All of its wines feature the five native and classical grapes of Valpolicella: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara. The quality of the wines is helped by the excellent location of the fields, on the hills at 300/400 mt above sea level, where grapes grow and mature in an ideal setting: the soil, the sun and the gentle climate. Clementi's wine’s flavours and aromas are produced in very traditional methods, with no filtering, and are refined in oak barrels to reach the right balance of wood, preserving and exalting the intense full-bodied aromas of these fruits of the land.
