Chateau Dalat which is the same rank with the international fine winesis a quintessence from the selected grape fruits which is harvested from the first successful vintage in Vietnam of imported grape varieties. Grape is fermented and refined by Italian updated technology under the strict supervision and testing of foreigner expertise. - Cabernet  Sauvignon  - An  expressive  bouquet  of  ripe  berry fruits, plums, floral notes and a juicy palate of cherry and soft fruits. The tannins add a gentle structure and it has an earthy hint  of  plum  and  tobacco  to  finish.  An  elegant  wine  that charms you with a long aftertaste. An excellent match to red meats and pairs well with lamb shanks.
- Shiraz - Selected from the best fermented Syrah wine tank, Chateau  Dalat  –  Signature  –  Syrah  is  a  delicious,  silky  and smooth  wine  with  dark-fruit  flavors  of  black  berry,  black pepper and cocoa. An intense palate that goes beautifully with Worcestershire sauce in appealing ribs dish.

- Cabernet Sauvignon - Sumptuous full fruit wine from a classic combination of the best selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that  bring  out  the  passionate  scents  of  raspberry,  black currant, subtle chocolate and herbs. Enjoy with a quintessen- tial  Sunday  roast;  it works with  pork  or  chicken  particularly well.
​- Merlot  - A  generous  Merlot with  gripping  aromas  of  berry, blackberry,  black  raspberry  and  black  cherry. A  full  opulent taste  of  fruit  flavors  are  supported  by  firm,  chewy  tannins crowning in a generous, lengthy texture. This wine is usually served with a seared sirloin strip, braised lamb shank, grilled salmon, or hearty tomato based pasta.

- Cabernet Sauvignon - Has a good tannin with lightly buttery and mineral taste. From first scent you feel an embrace of blackcurrant, thyme caramel and chocolate that makes this wine pair well with main courses such ass a succulent steak oor lamb dinner.
- Merlot - A medium-bodied wine with flavors of cherry, plum, berry and herbal flavors. Fermented in oak brings out subtle undertones of tobacco and licorice followed with a soft ripe taste.

-Selected each grape at age. The wine delivers a gentle flavor of cherry,  strawberry,  and vanilla  in  Merlot varitals. While  Cabernet Sauvignon  offers  a  complex  nose  of  raspberry,  black  grape  and black plum. Chardonnay features hints of peach, pear and lemon.

Fermented from Cardinal and Syrah grapes, blended with minor quantity of Dalat’s mulberry fruits, Dalat red wine – Export is characterized by a light ruby color. It delivers rich taste, and complex sweet mulberries. It pairs well with the dishes from red meat.

If you want to fully enjoy dishes from seafood or poultry, Dalat white wine - Export is the great choice because of its charming balance taste. The blend of Cardinal and Chardonnay grapes created a complex oral aroma followed by hints of tropical fruits, and an elegant straw yellow color for this wine.
