Chateau Dalat which is the same rank with the international fine winesis a quintessence from the selected grape fruits which is harvested from the first successful vintage in Vietnam of imported grape varieties. Grape is fermented and refined by Italian updated technology under the strict supervision and testing of foreigner expertise. In hope of making Vietnam wine reach to the international rank, beside Chateau Dalat, Ladora Winery expect to continuously introduce more quality wine brands, bring more interesting options to wine lover not only in Vietnam but also around the world.

- Cabernet  Sauvignon  - An  expressive  bouquet  of  ripe  berry fruits, plums, floral notes and a juicy palate of cherry and soft fruits. The tannins add a gentle structure and it has an earthy hint  of  plum  and  tobacco  to  finish.  An  elegant  wine  that charms you with a long aftertaste. An excellent match to red meats and pairs well with lamb shanks.
- Shiraz - Selected from the best fermented Syrah wine tank, Chateau  Dalat  –  Signature  –  Syrah  is  a  delicious,  silky  and smooth  wine  with  dark-fruit  flavors  of  black  berry,  black pepper and cocoa. An intense palate that goes beautifully with Worcestershire sauce in appealing ribs dish.

- Cabernet Sauvignon - Sumptuous full fruit wine from a classic combination of the best selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that  bring  out  the  passionate  scents  of  raspberry,  black currant, subtle chocolate and herbs. Enjoy with a quintessen- tial  Sunday  roast;  it works with  pork  or  chicken  particularly well.
​- Merlot  - A  generous  Merlot with  gripping  aromas  of  berry, blackberry,  black  raspberry  and  black  cherry. A  full  opulent taste  of  fruit  flavors  are  supported  by  firm,  chewy  tannins crowning in a generous, lengthy texture. This wine is usually served with a seared sirloin strip, braised lamb shank, grilled salmon, or hearty tomato based pasta.

- Cabernet Sauvignon - Has a good tannin with lightly buttery and mineral taste. From first scent you feel an embrace of blackcurrant, thyme caramel and chocolate that makes this wine pair well with main courses such ass a succulent steak oor lamb dinner.
- Merlot - A medium-bodied wine with flavors of cherry, plum, berry and herbal flavors. Fermented in oak brings out subtle undertones of tobacco and licorice followed with a soft ripe taste.
​- Chardonnay -  Has a caressing scent of apple, guava mingled with honey and vanilla in a contemporary style. It pairs well with fresh seafood, salmon dishes, chicken, pork or pasta in a creamy sauce, chicken.

-Selected each grape at age. The wine delivers a gentle flavor of cherry,  strawberry,  and vanilla  in  Merlot varitals. While  Cabernet Sauvignon  offers  a  complex  nose  of  raspberry,  black  grape  and black plum. Chardonnay features hints of peach, pear and lemon.

Fermented from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon variety, this  wine  created  deep  red  plum  colour,  the  complex aroma  of  ripe  fruit  spreads  when  open  a  bottle  of Chateau Dalat Extra… On the palate, the wine has fine texture, soft tannin. Chateau  Dalat  Extra  is  covered  by  a  corkscrew,  with modern style, it’s very convenient for using.

Every year, millions bottles of Dalat wine are being consumed through- out  Vietnam and  exported to oversea markets such as Japan, Thailand ... It proves that Dalat wine has being confirmed its position as fine wine qualified  for international standards.

2. Dalat Wine-Classic Special

Tasting note: Fermented from healthy and ripe grapes, and balanced blended of Cardinal grape with red grapes. Vang Đàlạt Classic Special Red wine created deep red colour, light aroma of berries, with hints of black pepper and oak. On the palate, this wine has fine texture and soft tannin. It’s suitable to enjoy with beef and spices. 

3. Dalat Wine -Superior

As a premium product line of Dalat wine, made from selected Cardinal & Syrah grapes, Dalat – Superior wine has a dark red plum and delivers nose of Violet, long-lasting aftertaste. With harmonious taste,  It’s suitable for meat dishes rich in spices and stew dishes.

4. Dalat Wine - Export

Grape: Cardinal & Mulberry fruits/ Chardonnay
Fermented from Cardinal and Syrah grapes, blended with minor quantity of Dalat’s mulberry fruits, Dalat red wine – Export is characterized by a light ruby color. It delivers rich taste, and complex sweet mulberries. It pairs well with the dishes from red meat.

If you want to fully enjoy dishes from seafood or poultry, Dalat white wine - Export is the great choice because of its charming balance taste. The blend of Cardinal and Chardonnay grapes created a complex oral aroma followed by hints of tropical fruits, and an elegant straw yellow color for this wine.

5. Dalat Wine-Classic

The wine is properly produced from selected, fully matured and healthy Cardinal grapes and aromas of citrus owers and balanced taste. With tannic taste Dalat white wine - Classic is the perfect choice for enjoying the dishes prepared from seafood, white meat and salads.

6. Dalat Wine-Strong

Rich  taste  from blending Cardinal grape and  Dalat's Mulberry  fruit  that  deliver  the  deep aroma  of  fruits  and  jam,  full-bodies. It’s  suitable  to  enjoy  with  strong cheese, spicy Vietnamese cuisine

7. Dalat Wine- Dankia

As a gift from nature – Dankia  lake,  a  famous  landscape  of Dalat, blended from Dalat’s Mulberry fruits  and  an  appropriate  Cardinal grape,  this  easy-drinking  wine  is characterised  by  a  light  ruby  colour, intense  aromas  of  Mulberry  and extremely  soft  taste.  It’s  a  ideal choice  to  serve  with  less  seasoning dishes or red meat.
