Our vineyards are surrounded by native mountain, we make a careful management in the vineyard respecting the biodiversity that surrounds us.
Product of a meticulous thinning we obtain low production of fruit per plant to obtain an excellent maturity of the grape. The result is a Tannat with an intensity of color and aromas that stand out. A very concentrated wine with ripe and sweet tannins.

We have great respect for the biodiversity and maintain a careful handling of the vineyards , which are surrounded by indigenous vegetation. Pruning and thinning is used to obtain low ratios of fruit per plant, for excellent grape ripeness. The result is an unfiltered Tannat with high color and aroma intensity that stands out for its concentration and sweet tannins.

At Viña Edén we usually say that that secret of our wines lays in its origin. We are located a few minutes north from Punta del Este on the scenic Route 12, between the Atlantic Ocean and the Pueblo Edén mountain ridge. Our vineyards have strong slopes, a rocky mineral soil and beautiful landscapes. These conditions offer us an excellent starting point for the creation of our wines with style and personality. With the aim of making quality wines in a sustainable way, we have chosen to focus on a line of few high end labels. Our unfiltered reds have been awarded Gold Medals from the Tannat al Mundo International Competition.
