Cabernet Franc (2%) Petit Verdot (1%), Malbec (1%)
Winemaker: Gregory Lawson “GL”
Tasting Notes: This wine showcases aromas of deep blackberry, dark fruits such as plum and cherry that go along with bright floral qualities that lead to an appealing and firm palate integrated with balanced French oak components of spice, mild cocoa and sweet tobacco. The mouth feel is rich, firm, dry, flavorful, structured and balanced. It’s long and rich in blackberries, anise, white pepper and complex yet subtle spices and smoky wood accompanied with firm, balanced and complex tannins.
Suggestions: This wine is young and vibrant. It will hold up to short term (5-7 years) cellaring however, by design it is to be consumed while young, vibrant and balanced.
