Description
Old world style wine grown and made in PA. These grapes were hand harvested the end of september and are crushed immediately after harvest. One week fermentation with Natural and innoculated yeast in small batches, with daily punch downs and blended post fermentation. Two year Barrel aged in new and neutral oak barrels sources from france and Pennsylvania. Hand bottled by family and friends, cellar aged for two years before sale.

About this company
Old world style wines produced on a 25 acre Estate vineyard. Twelve varieties make up 24 different DRY wines. Converted old dairy farm and barns into vineyards. Wines include: Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Gruner, Chardonnay, Riesling, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmine, Barbera. We also have a few Pet-Nat style wines as well as a white blend and a few red blends each year.
