Moscatel - Macabeo White
Our IYLIA Moscatel-Macabeo white wine is enhanced with Moscatel and Macabeo grape varieties. Once harvest is done, grapes are lightly pressed and the cleaned must is transferred to stainless steel tanks during some hours at 10°C. Afterwards, the must is fermented at a controlled temperature between 15°C and 17°C, preserving the natural fruity aromas of the grapes.
