Caviar Reserve Wines is a very unique, elegant, and smooth tasting wine. Established in 2020 we wanted to create something different, something a little more sexy and sleek then most. When you think “Caviar” you think high end, expensive, hard to get, an acquired taste. That was our vision for Caviar Reserve. Order a bottle at a restaurant or sip the Rose on your porch, its definitely a mood. On top of high end quality, our California Vintners is committed to the pursuit of ecologically sound practices whenever and wherever possible in the production process of premium quality varietal wines. We are certified organically grown and our packaging is also “green”, with 75% of our bottles made from recycled glass and all labels are made from water based products so they are biodegradable.

Zinfandel Rosé

This Rosé is light, crisp, and fun! With vibrant sweet notes of cherry, raspberry, and strawberry.

Pinot Grigio

Our Caviar Pinot Grigio is very smooth and crisp. This white wine has a strong texture and notes of lemon, resulting in a lush citrus stone fruit after taste.

Chardonnay

Caviar Chardonnay is a oaky full body white wine.  It has a very clean buttery and butterscotch taste.

Pinot Noir

A Chalone 2016 Noir, has strong textures of pepper, berry, and a little sweetness. With bold fragrant notes of caramel and plums.

Cabernet Sauvignon

This 2018 Cabernet has aromatic notes of caramel and vanilla.  An exceptional red wine with velvet and mocha flavors.
