Description
Our Savignon Blanc was hand harvested, whole cluster pressed from our estate vineyard. The Sauvignon Blanc is fermented cold to accentuate fruit and forward palate aromatics. It was fermented with four different yeast strains to develop complexity & length.
Opening flavors of true passion fruit with a hint of dragon fruit. Floral notes of tropical fruit with a hint of lemon grass finishing off with a grapefruit and peach. Sharp acidity and light-medium body. This is a truly a highlight of a perfect Virginia Sauvignon Blanc. This wine was aged in 100% stainliness steel.
