Alexandrie reflects the culmination of a vision between Christopher and Chloe Bello, a synergy of their complementary skills, experiences and talents. Named in honor of their daughter, the wine is lovingly produced in small batches at Christopher and Chloe’s boutique, family-operated winery in Napa Valley.

As a second generation winery owner, Christopher leverages his unique upbringing and inherent knowledge of the industry to develop the winery’s distinctive creations and manage the day-to-day operations. With a passion for California sparkling wine and champagne, along with an impeccable eye for design, Chloe was the initial spark behind the formation of Alexandrie. The creator of the collector-quality bottle design, Chloe draws from her talent for connecting with people and project management skills to supervise winery events and tastings. 

Christopher and Chloe have a background in the wine industry that began in 2007. As local residents of the Napa Valley area with deep community ties, their love for the character, atmosphere and charm of the region flavors everything they do. Members of the Napa Valley Vintners, Christopher and Chloe produced Alexandrie with an emphasis on unmatched quality, discerning taste and a timeless bottle design, at a reasonable price. They will continue in this tradition, fusing their combined strengths, experience and sensibilities—with much more to come.

Tasting Notes:
This charming sparkling wine jumps out of the glass with aromas of apple meringue, fresh cut apricots and green figs. This primary character evolves to aromatic notes of Asian pear cider wrapped in yeasty bread dough. Flavors of cantaloupe, baked apple tart and ground nutmeg are perfectly balanced by the bright character of ripe clementine tangerine, Meyer lemon and Key lime and finishing with a generous linger of toasty brioche and lively mineral acidity.
