Description
Characteristic aromatics of leather and wet stone complex with a cassis character with just the right hint of funk in this highly structured and robust cool climate Cabernet Franc. Dry farmed at 1500 ft elevation, these grapes were hand sorted and fermented in our off-grid cellar to produce a structured Cabernet Franc from Fruitland Ridge in Southern Humboldt County (SoHumCo). Only 24 cases produced from a single barrel!
