Rosé By Basilio Berisa are made with hand selected grapes from our grenache vineyard. The harvest is start during night to bring the grapes as cold as possible to the winery. After a short skin maceration of 10 hours. The juice is bleed out from the skins so the colour is a light pink and brilliant. A very slow and cold fermentation of 30 days at 54ºF increase the natural smell of the varietal. Once the fermentation is done we stir the lees 3 times a week for 3 months.

Basilio Berisa Wines & Vineyards
Basilio Berisa Wines is a small business that I created personally with the only goal of making great wines, on a unic and limited edition. Trying to bring only the best of each vintage to the costumer. As a proffesional winemaker and vineyard manager, I created this project aside of my job, just to make a limited productions, focusing in top quality wines. For the produccion only take the best quality grapes, not every year we can make all the wines. But the results are allways awesome.
