NEU&ICE Rosé is a 9 month aged Cava, with a superior quality and designed exclusively to drink over ICE. We propose the new ICE formula to break with the schemes and enjoy the Cava in a unique way and making the difference. Ideal to combine, you will intensify its aromas as well as enjoy an explosion of flavors
Elaborated With the traditional method and an excellent blend of Garnacha and Pinot Noir, with grapes from an ecological viticulture and respectful with the environment. It has a beautiful pink color, on the nose it is intense and attractive with aromas of red fruits such as strawberries or raspberries, with touches of fruits with bone such as peach or apricot. The palate is intense, fresh and elegant with a soft and well integrated bubble. In the end we find a delicious aroma of pink grapefruit, which makes the step in the mouth round and spectacular.

As a result of this great team, Neu&Ice was born in December 2017. If we look back, drinking Cava or champagne with ice was unthinkable, but we observed that in the European fashionable terraces and the heat of the Mediterranean sun people added ice in their glasses, like this Neu&Ice was born, a Cava specially designed for Drink with ice without losing the original body. We want to enhance the Cava in a fun way while maintaining excellent quality. Creating an ideal product for hotels, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Or have fun making different combinations at home.
