Description
Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes. Aged 2 months in French, Hungarian oak.
Grapes are destemmed and crushed and transferred to stainless steel deposits. Thereafter subjected to controlled fermentation at 28ºC. A pneumatic press is used and the must is stabilized in stainless steel deposits.
Tasting Notes:
Intense blackcurrant colour. Aromas of red fruits, strawberries, raspberries and licorice.
Good entrance in the mouth, pleasant to drink with good tannins.
