Description
89% Pinotage, 11% Shiraz. Generous fruit and tannins with a gentle grip make this a wine for sipping or supping. Pinotage - 3 days pre-fermentation cold soak at 10ºC and 4 days' fermentation at 30ºC Shiraz - 7 days' fermentation at 30ºC and a further 5 days' maceration on skins.
