Production Method

Made from grapes grown in sandy-clay soils Llipata in Palpa Valley, Ica, Perú. Manual harvest, followed by stripping and discharge by gravity in the fermentation tanks. Maceration extended to 15 days in steel tanks and then decanted into the bottles where they will rest another 12 months in an inox steel tank.  No filtering. No oak.

Tasting Comments

This wine has a great personality, intense and complex color red-violet, complex aromas harmonically combined with floral notes, cassis and spices, typical of the varietal with long and elegant aftertaste that leaves evocation to soft and tasty tannins, well balances and silky, that leads fleshy and velvety in mouth.

Being a wine that for the purpose of maintaining its natural characteristics is processed without the application of filters, it is very likely that presents semi solid waste in the bottom of the bottle, which are not only completely natural and safe, but which they are also beneficial to health because they contain resveratrol, 13 vitamins, minerals and other trace elements; and make this wine, one to knowledgers.

Recommendations to Serve

Product of the controlled and perfect ripening of the grapes that has made this wine possible only in this geographical location, sweet taste is perceived with a high alcoholic strength early, so to enjoy all their flavor potential, it is highly recommended to decant, pouring into decanter or wide mouth jar before serving for 15-40 minutes (up to two hours, the more the time, the best the taste).

On cold climate is recommended to drink it at 17ºc (62.6º f); also results very pleasant to drink it at high temperatures: 23ºc (73.4º f).
