Description
This Rosé is named after my second daughter, Taylor (Yaya), born in the pink city of Toulouse, she is full of life and determined to make the most of any opportunity.
Our Rosé has a mother of pearl colour, with floral fruity aromas. It has a fresh, lasting balanced taste with hints of the violet that grow wild in the vineyard.
Recent wine review from Sam Kim at Wine Orbit (March 2020):
"Elegantly fruited and charming, the inviting bouquet shows grapefruit, crunchy apple, lemon peel and subtle savoury notes. It's bright, light and vibrant on the palate, delivering delicate fruit intensity together with fine texture and crisp acidity making it delightfully drinkable."
This Cabernet Sauvignon is named after my first daughter, Sadé, born in Bayonne, her character is soft and her smile is warm.
Our ruby coloured Cabernet Sauvignon has a strong taste with smooth tannins, the wine has fruity raspberry and blackberry aromas with a rich fresh aftertaste.
Recent wine review from Sam Kim at Wine Orbit (March 2020):
"It's attractively fruited and perfumed on the nose, showing Black Doris plum, sweet raspberry, violet, thyme and subtle spice aromas, followed by a succulent palate that's beautifully rounded and supple. It's youthfully charming and brightly expressed with elegant weight and juicy fruit flavours, finishing smooth and lingering."

About this company
We have a special Provence style like rose and red both Cabernet Sauvignon. We also have sparkling wines in cans coming in the end of this year in time for our New Zealand summer. We can mass produce with no middle as myself and business partner do everything ourselves. Our dream is to have good Provence style rose into the New Zealand market as the rose here in nz is terrible. We are also working towards the 2023 rugby World Cup which is held in France. Our company is created and registered here in NZ but our product is produce in the south of France. Hopefully we can land somewhere there in the USA.
