Voruta: Natural fruit and berry wines - a unique part of the Lithuanian national heritage, which has preserved its unique winemaking traditions and recipes for many decades.
About: Chokeberry wine stands out from other wines of the VORUTA brand with a longer maturation time. This natural chokeberry wine is distinctive for its abundance of tannins and prolonged aging.
Aroma and taste: Prolonged aging imbues this natural chokeberry wine with a bold aroma, rich color and somewhat tart palate that is characteristic of these berries. It is special due to the abundance of tannins, and during longer maturation in oak acquires an expressive aroma, is rich in color, rich in the characteristic taste of chokeberry berries.
Production Process: Longer matured than other Voruta wines. Aged together with oak.
Consumption: Taste of wine pairs well with meat dishes – grilled meat, beef, game, and wild poultry – as well as spicy starters and mature cheese.
Serving Suggestion: Recommended serving temperature: 16-18°C.
