Description

Sparkling wine made by natural fermentation with the Charmat method. It embodies all the fragrance of Asolo Prosecco DOCG. It is a pale, bright straw-yellow colour with a fine, persistent perlage. It has an intense, fruity, lingering bouquet reminiscent of apple and acacia flowers. With a sapid, slightly mellow taste.

Type of Soil:

Composed of decarbonated soils, medium depth.

Vinification:

White wine method with soft pressing, Charmat fermentation method.

Residual Sugar:

15 g/l.

Serving Suggestions:

It is ideal as an aperitif, but also suitable for all courses of the meal, paired with fish and white meat dishes.

Alcohol:

11% vol.

6-8 °C.
