TERRE E CANTINE SCALIGERE. Soave is renowned for its very high wine-growing vocation and its medieval castle: it is a land of fine wines and enchanted atmospheres; here the natural factors of the soil and the mild climate are exceptionally favorable for the cultivation of the vine.
The production plant covers an area of approx. 7,000 square meters and is equipped with steel silos and cutting-edge machinery that allow to satisfy the most attentive consumers and at the same time to meet the expectations of connoisseurs.
The partnership with an important agricultural company in the area allows Terre and Cantine Scaligere to follow the entire supply chain starting from the vineyard; thanks to collaborations in southern Italy, Terre and Cantine Scaligere also have excellent Pugliese and Sicilian wines in their portfolio.
The cellar
The innovative bottling plant reaches an hourly production of 4,000 bottles / hour. The workable formats are 375ml-750ml-1000ml-1500ml.
Much attention is paid to the refinement of red wines thanks to a large barrel cellar of approx. 750 hl with tonneaux and barriques; in addition, the cellar has a capacity of 40,000 hl in refrigerated steel tanks that allow the wine to be stored and prepared for bottling.
Terre e Cantine Scaligere also has a warehouse that acts as a functional logistic center, where it is possible to optimize wine, commercial and logistic activities (the cellars are very close to the Soave / San Bonifacio motorway exit).
TERRE E CANTINE SCALIGERE is first and foremost a team of people, whose work and attention to every detail determines the quality, character, soul and body of the wines. All stages of wine production are followed with passion and dedication. The administrator of the company is Mr. Enrico Dalpiaz, whose experience ranges from the fruit and vegetable sector to the wine sector.
