Description

Eugenio Segatto Prosecco DOC born from a quality of grapes known for the roundness and the presence of abundant millerandage, berries that remain small and very sweet. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 13° and give rise to a fine perlage, particularly pleasant and soft on the palate.

This tecnique also allows to obtain very delicate perfumes and intriguing flavors.

Serve between 43° F and 46,5° F
