Our Biodynamic Certified Lambruscos are successfully distributed in several states in the US and Canada. We are looking to cover additional areas in the USA.
Lambrusco Quaresimo: Organic and Biodynamic Lambrusco Rosso dell'Emilia IGT - Sparkling wine
- Grapes: Grasparossa - Salamino - Maestri - Malbo Gentile
- Production area: Matilda hills in the province of Reggio Emilia, a highly suitable area, located on silt-clayey soils
- Harvest: Grapes selected and harvested by hand
- Alcoholic content: 11% VOL.
- Vinification: Cryo-maceration on the skins for a few days, with its own yeasts at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place at a low temperature in an autoclave.
- Organoleptic characteristics: Rightly evanescent foam, with fine and persistent perlage. Intense red color, with violet reflections. Fruity aromas of good intensity with notes of red fruits. Flavor with a fresh taste, good structure, harmonious and rightly tannic.
- Pairings: Traditional first and second courses of Emilian cuisine, perfect red meats and sausages.
- Serving temperature: 10 ° -12 °
- Cultivation method: Organic - Biodynamic Demeter
Lambrusco Fermentum: Organic and Biodynamic Lambrusco Rosso from Emilia with natural refermentation in the bottle
- Grapes: Grasparossa - Salamino - Maestri - Malbo Gentile
- Production area: Matilda hills in the province of Reggio Emilia, a highly suitable area, located on silt-clayey soils
- Harvest: Grapes selected and harvested by hand
- Alcoholic content: 11% VOL.
- Vinification: Cryo-maceration on the skins for a few days, with its own yeasts at a controlled temperature. In the following February, it is bottled, where the refermentation takes place, at the end of which the wine becomes sparkling.
- Organoleptic characteristics: Rightly evanescent foam, with persistent perlage. Very intense red color with violet reflections. Evolved and ripe aromas, of good intensity with notes of red fruits and ripe grapes. Flavor with a fresh taste, good structure, pleasant on the palate, harmonious and rightly tannic.
- Pairings: Traditional first and second courses of Emilian cuisine, perfect red meats and sausages.

Lambrusco Rosa Luna: Organic and Biodynamic Lambrusco Rosato from Emilia IGT - Sparkling wine.
- Grape variety: Salamino
- Production area: Matilda hills in the province of Reggio Emilia, a highly suitable area, located on silt-clayey soils
- Harvest: Grapes selected and harvested by hand
- Alcoholic content: 11% VOL.
- Vinification: Crushing-destemmer, then soft pressing and subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature on its own yeasts. The second fermentation takes place at a low temperature in an autoclave
- Organoleptic characteristics: Rightly evanescent foam, with fine and persistent perlage. Intense pink color. Fruity aroma of good intensity. Taste with a fresh taste, good structure, on the palate it is soft, harmonious and complete.
- Pairings: Ideal for aperitifs, appetizers and first courses.
- Serving temperature: 5 ° -6 °
