A real tough guy.
Our Brut derives from a fascinating meeting of Chardonnay with Pinot Bianco.
It is the workhorse to which we entrust the task of breaking down the sacred canons of the classic Italian method.
8 months on the lees help to make the bubbles immediate and captivating.
This brut has a bright straw yellow colour and a fine and persistent perlage.
The nose immediately reveals a fruity note, with a hint of white flowers and the final fragrant accent of croissants.
In the mouth it is firm and fresh and is perfect for accompanying the whole meal.

About this company
A project, a little madness, a dream that comes from the passion of two young people for the world of wine. Cà de Pazzi wants to remodel what are the classic canons of the Italian enological world, creating wines linked to tradition, in a young, fresh and carefree way. It all started with a meeting we had with a group of small producers of Franciacorta who believe that the wine is made by nurturing it and giving love back to the land. We immediately fell in love with their genuine and heartfelt work, representing the perfect elements of Franciacorta that we wanted to portray. So we joined them in this adventure and have created Ca \'de Pazzi, inspired (we admit) by the classic and immortal 1939 film Totò (for those who do not know the film is "Crazy Animals"). A touch of romance, pop and madness! Our journey starts with the image and personality of a rhinoceros and a giraffe, and ends with the most genuine and fascinating bubbles. A classic method revitalised and born again!
