Description

Fiori is produced from an indigenous clone of Aleatico grape, called Vernaccia Rossa di Pergola, existing in the territory from the far 1234, the year of Pergola founding by the Gubbio City government. This unique grape variety is very popular around the council of Pergola and from centuries characterize the typical terroir of this area. The name "Fiori" is due to the seductive wine colour which recalls the rose of rose petals and to its bloomy perfume, which is accompanied by a delicate musk note and a rich raspberry and rose hips bouquet.
