Description
VINIFICATION:
The grapes, harvested when fully ripe, are destemmed and gently pressed. The resulting must ferments at 15°C in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on the fine lees in steel.
TASTING NOTES:
Intense straw yellow color. The bouquet is fruity, with notes of pineapple and ripe pear. On the palate, it is soft and characterized by a long aromatic persistence.

Poi abbiamo il "Bue Apis" - il vino rosso più iconico della regione Campania. Un cru prodotto con viti che hanno più di 400 anni.
