Sensory Notes:

On the nose, it is complex with intense fruity and highly fragrant notes. Red berry fruits are highlighted, typically cherries, wild berries, and their preserves, with mineral, wine, and vanilla spice notes. Warm and full-bodied on the palate, balanced in every component, with a long persistence of fruity and spicy aromas. Overall, it is very elegant.

Winemaking:

Maceration of about 10 days in vitrified concrete with frequent pump-overs, punching down, and delestage to extract color and primary aromatic notes. Stays on the skins for an additional 5 days after the end of alcoholic fermentation. Transfer to wood after malolactic fermentation. Aged for 12 to 24 months in French oak barrels and an additional 12 months in the bottle.
