Tasting notes :

Bright ruby color with purple highlights. Bold and expressive, it reveals aromas of black cherries, blackberries, and strawberry jam on the nose. Smooth, supple, and refreshing, the palate offers flavors of black currant.

Winemaking :

After sorting the harvest, the grapes are placed in the vat for 8 days, undergoing punch-downs and pump-overs. The fermentation temperatures are regularly monitored.

Accompaniment advices :

Roast and grilled meats, game terrines, and Cheese.

Grapes varieties :

Pinot Noir.

Terroir :

Located between the Saône plain and the Mâconnais mountains, with exposures ranging from West to East.

Clay-limestone soils.
