Tasting notes: The nose of Heritage de Saint Victor evokes at first citrus fruits, kumquat and pomelo, and then evolves towards notes of vine peach and sweet spices. In mouth, the lively fresh attack quickly gives way to a full and fleshy sensation evoking the honey and the crystallized lemon. The lingering finish is supported by intense fruity notes.

Particularity: The name of "Heritage de Saint Victor" refers to the monks of Saint Victor's abbey of Marseille, to whom the Chapel Notre-Dame and the adjacent priory were given from the XIth century. The monks of Saint Victor's abbey were, in the course of the centuries, the craftsmen of the development of lands surrounding the priory.
