Garance 2019 is the perfect rosé when you think about summer. Composed of black Grenache (90%) and Cinsault (10%), typical Provencal varieties, this wine is characterized by its frechness and tension. Its minerality gives it a beautiful depth. To the nose and the mouth will you find a selection of small red fruits: strawberry, raspberry and currant. In short, this wine is simple, elegant and will greatly satisfy your taste buds during the aperitif.

Our vinification process ensures it a perfect control of quality: manual harvest in early morning, double sorting (in the field and in the cellar), grape pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation and colors extracting. Each plot is harvested separately and then assembled, following our cellar master's preferences.

Aware of the importance of our terroir: the land, the vines and the climate form the basis of our work. In accordance with the principles of biodynamics, we practice viticulture that respects our environment and our soils. Concerned about the quality of our work, each gesture, action and method is carefully thought out with the aim of preserving and ensuring the quality of our heritage over time.This daily requirement has come at a price since all of Château de la Gaude wines have been labeled and certified "organic farming" for over twenty years now.

We therefore strive to produce highly qualitative and healthy grapes, thereby creating prestigious e wines, by letting our terroir express itself in the most sincere way possible.
