Tasting notes :

Medium-intense garnet color.

Nose of jammy black fruits, with a hint of vanilla and a light varietal note of blackcurrant bud.

Wide attack, round tannins, fresh finish with black fruit and a touch of freshness.

Winemaking :

Traditional with thermal control of the fermentations, ensuring varietal integrity of the grape varieties. The wines are then aged in stainless steel or coated concrete tanks, with regular rackings to help refine the tannins.

Accompaniment advices :

Roast beef and charcuterie.

Merlot and Cabernet.
