Description
Vinification: Both grape varieties are vinified using direct pressure followed by traditional methods.
Tasting: Pale robe with salmon highlights. Nose is salty, full and complex with notes of tart fruits. Chewy palate with hints of rose petals, litchi and peaches.
Pairing: Baked oysters, grilled lobster or shrimp.
Terroir: Stony calcareous terrace of Riss, clay-limestone and rolled pebbled. Organic and HVE (high environmental value).

The Fabre family - Famille Fabre - are passionate winemakers who have been perfecting their techniques and the foundations of their business for over fourteen generations. The family and their vineyards have grown since 1605, while remaining true to their land. They now owns five chateaux in the Languedoc region of France.
