Description
Chateau le Thou Or Série is a blend of traditionnal grape varietal from the Languedoc. 60% Roussane, 30% Marsanne and 10% Grenache Blanc.
Aged on lees for 6 to 8 months, it will give structure to the wine and nice buttery, creamy texture.
The vinyard is located few miles away from the meditéranean sea, which will give a nice salinity and minerality in the wine

About this company
Familly owned winery since the 1950, producing IGP Pays d'Oc and AOC Languedoc wines. The valery familly owns two different estate, the first one "Domaine des deux ruisseaux" produces IGP OC wines, while the second one, "Chateau le Thou" produces the AOP wines. Thanks to our 110 acres of vineyard we can produce a variety of white, rosé and red wine. We grow traditional languedoc grapes suc as syrah, grenache, carignan... But we have also varietals like chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, merlot, cabernet sauvignon to match a growing market.
