This champagne is very unique. All the juices are from 100% "tête de cuvée" Temperature regulated fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged 30 months without oaks. Second fermentation in the bottle. This champagne is an ode of Pinot Champagne. Very delicate champagne, very rare on the market. Each bottle of Champagne include a silver-plated necklace.
