Description
Plavac mali is an autochthonous Dalmatian grape variety. Our wineyards are located on southern slopes near the village Svirče.
The grapes have a high sugar content and a medium acidity content. We produce a dry red wine from these grapes. It is medium bodied with a cherry like flavor. It is served at temperatures from 18°C to 22°C.

About this company
Our winery is located in central Dalmatia on the island Hvar in the village Svirče. I am now the fourth generation of winemakers. We produce anualy around 8 tons of grapes. The most common variety in our vineyards is Plavac mali. It is a strong red wine usualy with 14 % alcohol by volume. We also produce a rose from the variety Plavac mali.
