This late pick vintage was set-aside for 24 months in French and American Oak to develop its own concentrated style.
Layers of dark cherry, blueberry and hints of blackcurrant. Juicy and mouth filling, the palate has an explosion of flavours… lending itself to pairing with rich dark meats and Asian spices.
