VISTA SERIES 2016 SHIRAZ
The Hunter Valley in NSW Australia is famous for its red wine. The most delightful red wine from the district is made from the variety called Black Shiraz. This wine is made exclusively of 2016 vintage Black Shiraz that were allowed to ripen to the peak of maturity to make a wine that is full flavoured, luscious and perfect for drinking from early 2017, for at least 3 to 4 years. Consumers will be excited by its softness, yet its intensity on the finish. This wine will certainly be enhanced by storage for some time but is ready to consume now. It should be paired with roast pork, lamb and beef.
