Description
In 2011 our Greek roots inspired us to break the norm in Argentina and to plant this varietal. The surprising results are a notable natural acidity wine with attention catching tannins. A red fruit based is supported by a citrus backbone. A long aging of 18 months in barrels and a further year in bottle is needed to tame this wild varietal. Age is a good friend, so is beef brisket.
