Alma Austral Barrel Series Viognier
Vineyard: Tupungato, 1100 meters above sea level, Uco Valley, Mendoza. Vertical shoot position trellis conduction.
Soil: Sandy loam.
Irrigation: Drip irrigation.
Varietal: 100% Viognier.
Harvest: Handpicked in bins de 250 Kg.
Winemaking: Clusters are pre-selected before destemmed and crushing. Fermentation with selected yeast at 13°C – 15°C during 15 days with reductive ambient, followed by lees contact in concrete vat for 60 days.
Malolactic fermentation: No.
Aging: No.
Cellar: 4 months in bottle.
