Description

MuckleyEYE Straight Bourbon is made with 72% New Jersey Corn, aged no less than 3 years, with a #3 barrel char.  From the interconnecting streams and waterways that flow throughout Colts Neck’s farmlands, MuckleyEYE’s low & slow proofing utilizes locally mineral rich water to assemble the final flavor, resting at 45% abv, with aromatic and palate pleasing notes of caramel, cream, and tobacco.

About this company

\'d like to introduce MuckleyEYE’s Craft Spirits, which opened to the public in 2018. Located in Colts Neck, NJ, the Colts Neck Stillhouse has created tremendous buzz in short time as NJ’s ‘Destination Distillery’ with 50,000+ guests on site annually. From award winning spirits to our 4,000 sq ft ‘Cocktail Parlor’, CNS is proving steady annual growth along with our NJ distribution at Fedway Associates. Recently we have launched a new line of RTD’s, as ‘MuckleyEYE’s REAL FRUIT Canned Cocktails’. With unique seasonal flavors from Strawberry-Rhubarb Vodka Soda, Apricot & Orange Vodka Soda, Cherry & Lime Vodka Soda, to Cranberry & Rosemary Gin Fizz, NJ’s first producers of a craft canned cocktail (RTD) with robust flavors paired with premium spirits.
