BACK STORY/HISTORY:  Straight rye whiskey that produces a clean nose and taste, all of
the characteristics of a good drinking rye whiskey.
TASTING NOTES/ANALYSIS: This gentle rye has beautiful honey and light amber color.
Its nose has wonderful, sweet, aromatic and fragrant characteristics with a bouquet of vanilla,
caramel, maple, toasted oak and leather. The mouthfeel is soft, smooth and creamy with
pleasant flavors such as vanilla, caramel, honey, and a backdrop of toasted oak. The finish is
smooth and exceptional. This rye will not disappoint.
