Our two year old "baby" bourbon is surprising smooth and has more character than its age suggests. Aged in American White Oak Barrels with a Level 2 Char this straight bourbon whiskey warms you on the way down, but never burns. Back Bay was released March 1, 2018 and within a few weeks we were replenishing bare shelves at our liquor store accounts. By the beginning of summer 2018 Back Bay SBW had received a Bronze Medal from the Great American International Spirits Competition. By the end of that same summer Back Bay had received its second Bronze Medal, this one coming at the Global Spirit Awards. https://www.capemay-distillery.com/back-bay
