Description
14-year reserve matured in barrels that, for 25 years prior to the distillation of our whiskey, Pedro Ximénez Wine aged.
The result is a high quality Pure Malt Whiskey, essential for Whiskey lovers and collectors.
Rich oaky aroma on the nose with a bit of spice. Well balanced from front to back with hints of vanilla, honey and spice. Low heat with a medium plus mouthfeel and silky smooth finish.
For its bottling, we have used barrel No. 86 and we have launched a limited edition of only 600 bottles on the market. with 43% alcohol in 70CL bottle.

Years ago we started to understand the need to consume foods and beverages that were not chemically treated. The world was starting to think in a more sustainable way of life, and we wanted to cooperate with it. Our motto is not only elaborate great spirits but the purest and yes!... we made it. We filter our spirits using the virgin melted waters form the mountains of Sierra Nevada, probably the best water quality in Spain. We also use just organic Mediterranean botanicals during distillation, following strictly the organic farming process and procedures.
